Cérvoles Celler is a family owned boutique winery and member of the prestigious association of “Grandes Pagos de España”. Elaborates “Single estate wines” and it is situated in the district of Les Garrigues, the most southern part of D.O. Costers del Segre, making border with Priorat and La Conca de Barberà.

The vineyards lie between 700 and 750 metres and poor gravelly soils give naturally low yields and wines of great balance, finesse and concentration. Macabeo and Chardonnay are the white varieties grown, and for the reds Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Garnacha and Tempranillo.

Our carefull elaboration process, 100% hand work, the usage of carefuly selected ¨slow growing¨ French oak barrels, together with the specific soil characteristics and microclimates, favors the wine´s full expression.

The wines of Cérvoles are available at many fine dining restaurants throughout the world. For example, three star Michelin and Best Restaurant of the world, “El Celler de Can Roca”, Ferran Adrià´s Tapas Restaurant “Tickets” in Barcelona, restaurant “Catalunya” in Singapore (managed by the chefs of former El Bulli) and the remarkable restaurant of Heston Blumenthal “The Fat Duck” in London.
