A bright wine with a pale straw color and green hues. Fruity aromas with hints of nuts (hazelnuts) and white fruits (apple, pear and melon). A cool, dry wine that is pleasant and full of flavor on the palate. Notes of citrus fruits and hints of apple. Pairs well with Asian cuisine, lightly cooked fish and shellfish and cheeses such as raclette (why not add slices of apple instead of potato?).
