Pale yellow color with bright reflections. Abundant, small-sized bubbles. Citric in the nose (lemon, orange), white fruit (pear, apple) and apricot notes, which lead to more complex, spice and white bread (fresh yeast) aromas. The taste is fresh and dry, with a very good acidity and an abundant but well integrated but carbonic. It leaves a clean and gentle aftertaste.
