Red wine aged for 4 months in 300 liters American and French oak barrels. Each variety is harvested separately between September and October to ensure optimum ripeness. Cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 22ºC for 15 days.
Medium to deep cherry red color, vibrant and intense with purple highlights. High intensity. Good balance between fruity and woody scents. Primary aromas of red berries mixed with subtle floral scents, giving greater depth and complexity. Balsamic scents combined with toasty and pastisserie aromas. On the palate it has a good structure. Synergy of fruit and balsamic.
