This wine is produced on the Andorra mountains, where Grandalla (daffodil) or flower of the Pyrenees, blooms in the middle of April. Made of a special blend, it retains the aroma characteristics of the vintage, without losing its personality, even increasing the feeling of balance and complexity, which makes it a unique cava. Good release of fine bubbles, it is a very pale yellow with hints of green. The prime feature of the aroma is its elegant floral notes, such as jasmine and daffodil. It is dry on the palate. Original and delicate with fruity notes and light aromas of the Pyrenean flowers and a hint of toast, which are very well balanced for a vintage cava. Very persistent, complex flavors and a long aftertaste.
