Tasting Notes

Deep cherry color, bright, with a violet reflection. The first impression on the nose is fruity (blackberries, currants, gooseberries), evolving into more complex notes (balsamic, eucalyptus, cocoa, roasted), giving the feeling of complexity and creaminess. Its attack in mouth is large, soft, gentle and fresh at the same time, showing ripe fruit (blackberry and black eve) and floral (violet). Evolve with intense notes of fresh wood, vanilla and toasted. Long in mouth, turns off slowly with a pleasant toasted flavor and licorice. It surprises its tannin, rich and mature, which allows immediate consumption or storage.
