Fine soft mousse with abundant bubbles. Straw colored with hints of green. Very intense nose, with hints of almonds and nuts. First impression was very pleasing, the soft bubbly taste combines very well with the initial acidity then sweet flavors. Good acidity present throughout, adding freshness. Very long, balanced finish with hints of fruits. This is a good cava to serve with appetizers or with desserts that are not excessively sweet.
