Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with golden highlights. Intense aroma with notes of green apple, balsamic, butter, toasted and spicy notes that come from its aging in oak barrels. It has a well-integrated carbonic acid, and its passage through the mouth is glyceric, with a long and persistent forming an intense trickle where the foam is dense and creamy.
