Tasting Notes
Bright pale yellow color with small bubbles. Floral aromas with white fruit hints, apple, ripe pear and Mediterranean herbs (especially anise). Very silky mouth, elegant
and harmonious. Well structured. Long finish, refreshing with hints of citrus and light notes of fennel.
