Tasting Notes
An intense cherry color with threads of terracotta. Open, well balanced combination of fruit-wood with lactic overtones and hints of vanilla with ripe fruit. Soft with full well balanced
flavor that reflect the above mentioned aromas. Easily distinguished fruit and fine tannins. Ideal to be drunk on its own or to accompany light snacks with “pa amb tomàquet” – Catalan style rustic bread with fresh tomato and olive oil.
