Young white wine. Good balance between fruitiness, freshness and body. Hand-picked only during cooler hours of the morning in August and September, separating the different varieties and plots. Cold room storage for 24-48 hours. Softpressed. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (12-14ºC) for approximately 20 days.
High aromatic intensity and finesse aromas. It has notes of stone fruit, peach, apricot, tropical fruit notes and a floral background. Soft entry, sense a volume. The acidity is well as long after taste.
