Tasting Notes
A precise terroir distils in Cérvoles Blanc with a remarkable volume, minerality and acidity. Its late-ripening process, the high alcohol concentrations and the low pH offer us a white wine with elevated phenolic magnitudes. Exotic fruit with boulangerie shows incredible contrasts present in this pioneer wine.
