Tasting Notes
This noble wine has a high variety banana aroma enhanced with the many aromas yielded by the oaks in which it has been aged. Complex and elegant with a brief spicy scent of coconut and vanilla. Furthermore, some original citrus touches and slightly milky sensations can be observed. It has a magnificent bouquet and perfectly balanced acidity, sweetness and complexity. When in the mouth, we can discern the sincerity of this wine, since it delivers the spicy and fruity aromas detected in the nose, but with greater intensity in the mouth and leading to a fascinating and long aftertaste.
It is perfect with baked or grilled – and even smoked – fish, with white meat, light first courses and condiment dishes with smooth creams.
