Tasting Notes

Red and intense tones, tile colors with dense tears. Toffee and high roast notes, spices notes like pepper and clove. It needs time to open and show all its potential. In palate has a sweet entrance with a little bitter point at the end. A slight presence of wood. Ideal pairing for game and red meats.
