Tasting Notes

Cherry red color with brick red glints. Distinct aroma with intense well balanced fruit and light mineral hints which envelop lactic and ripe fruit tones. Expressive flavor, filling the palate with balanced fruit and mineral flavors that reflect the above mentioned aromas. Despite being a young wine gentle hints of tannins are appreciable which will allow the wine to develop in bottle.

Ideal to be drunk alone or to accompany “tapas” with “pa amb tomàquet”- Catalan style rustic bread with fresh tomato and olive oil.
