Tasting Notes

A moderate ruby color
with purple tones. The nose is notable
for its intensity, with notes of ripe red fruit (raspberries, blackberries) and vegetables (grilles peppers) and hints of sweet aromas (cinnamon). The mouth is sweet and balanced, with freshness and body on the palate and a lingering, pleasant finish. Sweet, ripe tannins blend nicely with wine’s good acidity. Hints of red-fruit jam. ideal with all types of meats, Iberian hams and cheeses.
