Tasting Notes
Starts the fermentation in stainless steel and it moves to a new French oak barrels to do the end of fermentation and aging for 4 months, during this aging we make a process of battonage (stirring of the lees) to get more flavors and smoothness on the palate. This Xarel·lo wine is bright yellow with golden tones. Powerful and elegant nose appraised vanilla and smoked together with white fruit and a touch spicy. The palate is balanced, persistent and creamy which include a touch spicy, with notes of jasmine, mint, aromas of white fruit (apples and pears and yellow tropical fruit (apricot and banana) with a long and elegant aftertaste with hints of vanilla and smoky due to aging in oak.
