Color: Pale yellow with a greenish thread.
Flavor: Clean, intense and fresh. White fruit such as apple and pear, bone fruit as peach and nectarine. With a citric touch and aromatic forest herbs. It stands out the flavor of fennel and anise, those typically representative of the white Grenache grape.
Taste: Fresh, balanced, oily and persisting. It reminds the white fruit, citric and anise. With good acidity, long and persisting and an intense aftertaste. The whole turns it into a structured and appetizing wine. It is the maximum expression of the typicality of the white Grenache from Terra Alta.
